She closes her eyes to slits and slows her breathing to minimize movement. Her heartbeat pounds in her ears and rings through her body, nearly making her quiver.

“And why is your identity worth hiding? The tower has strict security. It exists for a very important reason.”

Brandy raises an eyebrow. "I'm on a quest for something very important." She glances one more time before poking the hole.

Nathanial has be wandering aimlessly outside of thw town, he grazes a stick along the road, and can feel the cold chill his bones. His moves his dark blue bangs from his face back into their natural position on the right side of his forehead. His green eyes stay to the ground as he enters the town if Babel.

“I can assure you, you will not find it here.” *Isaac says, crossing his arms.*

(I know what it is but like Brandy dont haha) "Its been long lost since he has held it." Brandy sighs. "I wanted to see if I could find it to restore somewhere very close to my heart."

A massive crow sat on a silent chimney. He sat larger than most ravens, and eyes larger than most crows. Roanoke was the name he went by currently. He spoke something that could hardly be considered language, and understood solely by crows and those he wanted it to be.
He was a beauty to the average onlooker. He was an ornament of long, shiny and sleek black feathers, and he put majesty into being a crow.
He seemed average. Large and beautiful, but otherwise average. He was an unseeming god amongst mortals.

Lupe holds in a growl as Brandy pokes her finger into a patch of soft fur.

“Hm. You interest me. The tower has an extensive library. If you reveal your location of origin I will bring you there and allow you to peruse it for a short while.” *Isaac looks back at the tower.*

Brandy pokes once more. "I am a decedent of King Arthur." Brandy bows slightly

The coyote shoots up and viciously and savagely snaps at Brandy's hands, with teeth bared and snarling.

“Ah. I see.” *Isaac’s eyes wander around a bit before he speaks up.* “I may be of some interest to you after all. Come with me.” *Isaac turns and walks carefully into the Tower.*

Brandy keeps her blade drawn and follows Isaac into the tower.

Nathaniel looks among the towns people, and the children. He rolls his eyes to avoid contact with people. He doesn’t share their smiles. Happiness within a place like this, liveliness, was something he didn’t feel like he had all the time. Today was one of those days. A small yellow light flies infront of Nathan’s nose. It draws his attention as the yellow glow is only seen by the adults, and the children in the street are completely unaware of it. “Look at them, aren’t they wonderful?” The yellow glow takes a seat upon Nathan’s shoulder. Allowing Nathan to see the small woman with wings on her back and a dmall wand in her hand. “What’s wonderful?” He asks. His voice is deep and has a nice vibration. “The children.” She says to him, earning a sigh from Nathan. “I don’t enjoy them.” The fairy woman sucks her teeth and hits Nathan on his neck, causing a sting. “You were once a child as well! I came to you when you lost a tooth too.” She smiles, crossing her arms.

Lupe whines and turns, trotting away from the tower with a limp as she quickly realizes it's not a good place to be.

Nathan sees the animal walking in sight. He’s confused mostly. The fairy disappears from Nathan’s shoulder as she spots the animal.

Lupe coyote looks over her shoulder at Brandy and Nathaniel before tripping on a rock and falling on her face with an audible "oof."

Nathanial stops walking and looks at the coyote in disbelief. Did it just...oof?

Lupe coyote struggles back to her feet and shakes her head, swaying from side to side before trotting again. She finally takes the time to look side to side and spots Nathanial at last, freezing in her tracks.

Nathan isn’t quite sure what to do. But this is cool. He squats down and holds a hand out, making ticking noises to get thw coyote to come.

Roanoke basked in the sun. He spread his wings slightly to take more of it's radiance. It was warm and he lived for it. He cooed to himself and relaxed where he was.

Lupe turns and skitters a good thirty feet back while watching Nathaniel with distrust. For whatever reason, she feels a small pull toward him in the pit of her stomach, while normally she runs.

Nathaniel frowns as she runs back. He gets on his hands and knees to get to get under her eyes level, trying to show he is not a threat. He calls her again.

Her ears perk up this time, and she slowly trots toward him, coming to a stop 20 feet away where she paces back and forth with eyes that suspiciously watch him.
