*Fenwick shrugs, sitting at a seat.* "This train has food and showers for the long ride."

Rosemary gazes around the car. “Where do we sleep then?”

"In our seats I guess." *Fenwick says.*

"No, go ahead." Atticus says, starting to clean up the room. "Just give it a minute, he heats up slow." // Fleur gulps down her fear and nods slowly.

Salem sits back against the bed and watches her bleed, and how it trickles onto his wood floor. He silently thanks his mother for not putting in carpet.

Rosemary groans and flops down into a seat, sinking down into it.

Willow sits on her own.//Lily nods and exits the room to find the washroom and shower

When Lily would return the room would be cleaner. // Shiomi sits down, confused on what's happening.

Fleur watches the blood trickle to the floor. She licks her lips. "I'm hungry."

Salem hurriedly stretches the collar of his shirt over his shoulder so it rests on his bicep and looks at her expectantly.

*As the train rumbles off, it's a pretty smooth ride. They pass through country to country on the way to Joya. They start to approach Joya in the middle of the night. Fenwick is awake looking out the window, watching the distant border of mountains draw closer. Joya is surrounded by mountains, the country itself being almost entirely a valley in between them. The train enters a tunnel carved into one of the mountains, the orange of the lights illuminating the train and Fenwick's face.*

Fleur crawls over to him. Her pupils enlarging. Her mouth opens ever so slightly as she straddles him and takes in the scent of his shoulder with a heavy inhale. // Shiomi walks in the Cart Fenwick is in and sits next to him. "So, what are we doing here?"

Salem leans his head against the bed and closes his eyes, and wraps his arms around her waist, digging his fingers into her hips.

Fleur stops herself. She'd just said she didn't want to bite him. She wouldn't be able to stop. She leans back and stares at him.

“We’re looking for someone.” *Fenwick responds.* “Promised to get more information when we meet the person who put out the job.”

Salem pauses. Where’s the pain? He opens one eye then the other and stares back at her. “Why aren’t you-?”

“I...don’t want to be this person.” Fleur says.

“What person?” Salem asks. “I don’t understand.”

“I eat people, I stopped. I don’t want to return to the habit.” She stares at his neck, imagining how much better the flesh would taste the second time.

“Yeah yeah yeah.” Salem sighs. “I got that the first time, you’re like a cannibal vampire.” // Rosemary shuffles into their car and slouches into a chair.

“I’m...not a vampire.” She says, looking away.

“I don’t know what to call you then.” He pulls her forward. “Do it.”

Fleur squeezes her eyes shut. “Why do you want me to?”

Salem purses his lips. “Do you really want to know?”

“I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t.” Fleur says.
