Shiomi frowns at Aliyah. "He deserves to know who his father is! You're keeping it from him for selfish reasons! All because you're embarrassed?!" She resists against Claude's pull. "Salem didn't do anything to deserve this!"

"He deserved a much better father to begin with. Don't you start lecturing me!" Aliyah snaps.//Felix stops in his tracks seeing black residue on the ground. "Hmmm."

"You can't blame him!" She screeches. "He's been trying to be a better father and you're pushing him away! You're the bad guy here!"

"You don't understand." Aliyah snaps. "You need to leave before I go to your parents. Final warning. Stay out of my family business."

"What are they gonna do? Ground me? Do it! At least I'll have a father that my mother will actually allow!" She snaps. "If you won't tell him, I'll do it myself! You have 2 days!"

"You're a spoiled brat! You have no right to tell me what to do! Did you give birth to him? No. He is my child. He doesn't need an excuse of a human being father to be his dad. You can shut the hell up and get out of my house. I don't want you anywhere near my house."

"You force him into becoming something he doesn't want to be, Aliyah! His knuckles bleed, every single day! From the stupid punching bag! I've seen the bruises he gets from training, I've seen how tired his body is! He wants to make you proud, and look what he gets in return! He keeps it hidden from you because he loves you! Don't you think he deserves just this!?"

Aliyah turns into her ghost form and grabs Shiomi from behind and throws her out of the house. She locked the door "I dont need you to criticize me brat. You think I wasn't going to tell him at all? I am. Stay the hell away from here."

Shiomi yelps as she's thrown, she lands awkwardly on her arm and an audible crunch is heard. She lets out a choke gasp and crasps her arm, tears filling her eyes. She bites her lip, and glares at the ground. She heads back toward the guild.

Claude waddles after her. “Wait.” He squeaks. “Squirrel!” // Rosemary stops and squats down to inspect the residew. “What the hell is that?” //

"I'm not sure." Felix frowns

Salem opens the front door and pushes his way inside. He has a bag of groceries in each arm and he sets them on the table. // Rosemary frowns. She reaches down to touch it but thinks better of it and recoils her hand. “You got a stick?”

"Salem. We need to talk." Aliyah sighs.//Felix forms an icicle. "We should take it back to AJ."

“Sure mom.” Salem replies as he starts to put the groceries away. “What’s up?” // Rosemary nods. “Agreed. Maybe she’ll know what it is.”

"Yeah. As for the guy.." Felix slams his fist to a passerby in the ribs. "Here."//Aliyah sighs. "Its...about your father."

Salem freezes just as he’s about to put milk in the ice box. “Wh-what?” // Rosemary raises an eyebrow. “Excuse you?”

Felix grins. "Problem?"//"please sit down." Aliyah frowns.

She crosses her arms. “That’s not cute. What do you think you’re doing?” // Salem closes the door to the ice box and walks over to the table and sits down. He can hear the blood rushing in his ears and feel the tremors in his hands.

Aliyah sighs. "The reason I haven't told you is because...well he's... not even remotely what you think. His name is Claude...." Aliyah frowns. "You have a right to know, and I'm sorry. I just...want to keep you safe. You're all I got." //"I got the dude." Felix grins.

Salem coughs and hits his chest till he can breath. “My father is crazy claude?!”

Rosemary crosses her arms. “Really? You’re gonna be this kind of ass hole?”

"No. Let's just turn him I-" Felix is cut off as the man dissolves. "Uhhh...."//"Yes." Aliyah frowns. "I'm sorry I've worked you so hard. I love you."

Rosemary squints. “What the hell?” // Salem leans over the table and pinches the bridge of his nose. “I.... uhm.... I need a minute alone.”

"I know." Aliyah gets to her feet. "I'll be in my room if you need." //"I don't know." Felix blinks

“Okay.” Salem mumbles. As soon as she leaves the room he puts his head in his hands. Now he wished she’d never told him, wished that he’d never ever inquired about him when he was little. The full force of her words hit him like a bat as he fully slumps into the table. Crazy Claude, the town homeless nut. Maybe someone out there can remove memories and make it so that he won’t ever have to think about the shame again. // Rosemary turns back to the residew. “We should get this to the master and come back to get that asshole.”
