"I'm glad you like it. This castle has run in my family for a very long time." *Lysander says.*

Coraline jolts up from another bad dream, she pants heavily looking around the room. She rubs her eyes to get rid of the past images.

"It's very nice! So you have known Lias for a long time now right?" Blaire asks.

"A very long time." *Lysander says.*

"Well thank you for taking care of him! I know he gets into trouble and doesn't share it with many people." Blaire looks at her feet.

After Coraline gets out the shower, she walks out into the hallway, leaving her book and cloak behind.

Fox floats into Coarline's room and plops on the bed. He turns normal, no white haire, and no floating. Just a seventeen year old boy. He scoops up her cloak and tries it on, then grabs her book, examining the cover. He traces his fingers along it, humming to himself.

Her book as some type of symbol on it, but he himself would not be able to open it.

"He appears on the outside to have his er...shit...together. In reality, he's a small child in a man's body." *Lysander says.*

"He carries a lot of burdens." Blaire frowns.

"And yet he believes they are his alone to carry. As long as I've known him, he refuses anything but independence."

"I wish I could help him. I've known him since I first joined the guild." Blaire smiled a little.

Fox thinks about trying to open the book, but instead a to continue tracing it, remembering that trying to force the book is a bad idea.

The book glows in his hands, brightly and it becomes warm.

"I don't know that he can be helped." *Lysander shrugs.*

"Well I'm determined to try. He's my friend after all." Blaire smiles.

Fox tips his head to the side. He presses it against his chest to warm himself up and falls back onto the bed.

(Night)

"Then that is your own uphill battle." *Lysander gives a dry smile, but what he's smiling about is not very clear.* "Tell me Miss Blaire, what is it that you search for in a suitable mate?"

Blaire looks up. "I-I don't know. To be honest I've never thought about that stuff in awhile."

"Thats interesting. Most people your age are deep into their romance and such." *Lysander says.*

Blaire's face goes a little red. "Well I try to spend most of my time helping others. So it never gives me a lot of time to think about that stuff. B-besides I have no idea what to do in those situations."

"Perhaps it's something to think about." *Lysander suggests.*

"How come?" Blaire asked.

"You don't want to end up like me. 528 and alone." *Lysander laughs.*
