"That sucks." Clark scratches Steve's chin. "Who named him?"

Cain nods in response.//"i see. Well we can help as much as we can but we have a current war we are fighting in." Silver speaks.

"Me. He just looked like the Steve kind of cat." Sean says. "How are you?" He asks, standing.

"With the Parker twins?" Phantom asks.

Silver removed a bit of her shirt to reveal a wolf symbol. "You see we are special kinds. We can shapsift. Other assassin groups that we are at war with have the same ability. They in particular are part of the foxes." Silver explains.

"I'm great, but Steve is a stupid name for a cat." She scoops up Steve and holds him against her chest.

"Clark is a stupid name for a girl. Come on, walk with me in the rain. Steve likes the rain." Sean beckons her, walking out the guild.

Phantom raises an eyebrow. "I've heard about them. Well, from this point on your wars are my wars."

"Its fine he will be fine." Brooke insists.//"they are however also in a guild to hide their tracks." Silver speaks. "But anyway when you need resources send a message."

"Sure thing. Knights!" He calls to the four. "We're leaving." He stands and walks to the door. The four assassins meet him there.

"You yourself don't look fine." *Griffin says.*

"Clark was my grandmother's name." She grumbles and follows him out the door.

Sean lets the rain fall on his should and wet his hair. It feels great cold against his skin. He waits for her at the bottom of the guild steps.

Clark pulls her vest over the kitten to keep him from getting soaked. She walks down the steps toward him.

Sean watches her. “I suggest you put him down. He’ll start to be scrambling to touch the water.” Almost on cue Steve begins to wiggle.

Clark bends down and gently places Steve on the ground.

Steve hops in a small puddle, then runs ahead. Sean turns to her. “I-I’m sorry.”

"Sorry for what?" She asks. Clark watches Steve.

“What happened a few nights ago.” Sean clenches his teeth.

"Are you talking about your Dad? Because he's an asshole, I'm sorry, but he is the biggest douchebag ever." Clark kicks at a puddle.

Sean coughs. “I know. Just another fucking human who things he’s more important then I am. I choose not to run that damn house”

"What is it with you and your disdain for humans? You look like one." She pokes at his arm. Her hair is starting to go limp for the moisture, and it's curling while it calls.

Sean looks to her. He glances down then straight ahead again. “I-I am..I...I envy humans, Clark.”

"Hold up," She holds up her hand. "What are you talking about? Explain this."

“I don’t want to get mushy.” Sean takes a long, deep breath. “But it’s heading toward that way.” He puts his hands in his pockets. “To make it short, humans have the perfect average life span. And..I envy them..because they die.” He tells her.
